Jennifer served as the President of CaPen ASID from 2015-2016 and is dedicated to volunteering, advocating, and mentoring within the design community, aiming to inspire others and contribute to the continuous advancement of the design profession.

As President in charge of daily operations, Michael Palen, a licensed General Contractor and Master Carpenter with a degree in Architecture, draws on his four decades of experience in the construction industry. He brings his expertise and passion for perfection to each project. Michael has been recognized in his field for providing innovative solutions to difficult design situations and he is accomplished in every aspect of building including design, construction planning, new construction, remodeling, finish carpentry and project management. His goal is to deliver projects to his clients on time, on schedule, and within budget.
